Delete your account
You can delete everything at any time, from the app or by writing to us.
In the app
- Open Morning Signal and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete.
If you set Morning Signal up for your family, this deletes the whole family: the parent’s phone, every morning, alert, contact and invite. Anyone you invited keeps their own account, with nothing in it. If you joined by invite, only your account is deleted.
On the parent’s phone
Open Morning Signal, tap What’s shared, then Stop sharing. The phone is removed and every morning it shared is deleted.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription: cancel it in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
Without the app
Send a deletion request through the contact form with the parent’s first name and the phone number entered in the app, and we will delete the family’s data within 30 days.
